Media Release Statement

Intended for Parents/Guardians and Participants

By registering for and/or participating in a Path 2 Tech Inc. program, event, or activity, you, as the parent or legal guardian, grant Path 2 Tech Inc. full permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include images, audio, or video of:

  1. Your child (the registered participant), and

  2. You, as the parent or guardian, if you are present or take part in any aspect of the program or event.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational, reporting, or marketing purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed publications, presentations, and grant proposals that support Path 2 Tech Inc.’s mission and outreach efforts.

This release is granted voluntarily, without compensation, and includes the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, or distribute the media in any format now known or later developed.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that all such media becomes the property of Path 2 Tech Inc. and may be used at its discretion.

Terms of Service – Attendance and Registration Policy

By registering for any program, class, or event hosted by Path 2 Tech Inc., you agree to the following terms regarding attendance and participation:

  • If you are unable to attend a class, program, or event for which you have registered, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least five (5) days in advance of the scheduled start date.

  • Failure to attend without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your spot in the program and may affect your eligibility to register for future classes, events, or programs, whether free or paid.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on participation, at the sole discretion of Path 2 Tech Inc.

  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances; documentation may be required.

  • Path 2 Tech Inc. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program at its discretion and will make every effort to notify participants in a timely manner.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Safety Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

Path 2 Tech Inc. takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants in our programs, classes, and events. However, by registering for and/or participating in any Path 2 Tech Inc. activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children before, during, and after any Path 2 Tech Inc. program or event, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • While staff and volunteers are committed to maintaining a safe environment, Path 2 Tech Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other unforeseen incident that may occur during participation in our activities, whether onsite or offsite.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration. Failure to do so may impact our ability to safely accommodate the participant.

  • Participation in Path 2 Tech Inc. programs is at your own risk. By enrolling yourself or your child, you release and hold harmless Path 2 Tech Inc., its staff, volunteers, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
